Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

  • We mainly deliver to the UAE, all over the GCC.
  • If you want to place an order outside the UAE, please contact us on our instagram or email at contact@shopignis.com

Processing Time:

  • UAE orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
  • UAE orders placed after 3 PM UAE time are shipped out the next day.
  • Orders placed for delivery outside the UAE are processed immediately and shipped out every Saturday.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • UAE and GCC orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders to Canada are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • The courier company we use to deliver our orders provide tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS. It is important to provide your WhatsApp/SMS number during checkout to receive updates. If you haven't received a tracking number, you can reach out to us via Instagram or email, and we'll provide you with your tracking number.
  • For deliveries outside the UAE, we will provide you with your DHL tracking number so you can comfortably track your order. If you still haven't received your tracking number, make sure to contact us.

GCC and international shipping customs and duties:

  • Customs and duties are required to be paid for by the customer upon delivery and are usually very nominal.

Shipping Delays:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions causing delays, we will notify you via email.
  • All UAE orders placed on Sundays will be shipped out on Mondays.
